Facebook launch video chat services to aim Zoom:

Facebook launch video chat: On Friday, Facebook launched a video chat service with virtual “rooms” like the Zoom app. Where people can make video calls, conduct meetings, and online classes like the Zoom app. The Zoom app is very popular these days due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Where a lot of peoples using Zoom to conduct a meeting, online classes, etc. So, Facebook also decided to launch an app to aim ZOOM that surging its user’s day-by-day.

The Facebook video chat can be used through Facebook Messenger application. Where users will able to start video call sessions with almost 50 friends at a time. However, Facebook Messenger provides as long as they can make a call, even if they don’t have a Facebook account.

Besides, the video conferencing apps like Zoom, “Messenger Rooms” is very popular to make video calls to friends, family, etc. Whether it is a birthday, happy hours, book clubs, or parent groups can use these apps due to lockdown situations throughout the world.

“Our main intension is to provide a more serendipitous and spontaneous,” chief executive Mark Zuckerberg said. He also said,  “I just keep a window open on my computer or phone, and people who I normally wouldn’t go out of my way to call just sort of drop by. As the situations that we are facing right now due to the COVID-19 pandemic. These apps will give you a relief to the people, who want to interact with there loved ones, business purposes, etc.

However, some of the features included in the app like bunny ears and aliens, along with immersive fake backgrounds. The app can be used by anyone, just by inviting the person you want, people don’t need Facebook accounts or apps to visit Messenger Rooms.

Zuckerberg said. “You can tap on the link from anywhere and if you don’t have the app it will open in your browser.”

Stock Market April 24:

The early trend of both Sensex and Nifty reported a bearish trend in the stock market on Friday after the bullish trend in the last session. The Sensex is trading below 31,500 level, and Nifty is trading below the 9,200 level in the stock market. The Sensex lost 499.09 points with a 1.57% decrease and reached a 31,363.99 level. While Nifty lost 146.75 points with a 1.58% decrease and reached 9,167.15 level.

On the other side, the number of coronavirus cases in India reached 23,077 as of Friday, April 24, and deaths reached 718.

In the border market, the S&P BSE Smallcap index reported a bearish trend in the stock market on Friday. It lost 163.44 points with a 1.52% decrease and reached a 10,621.60 level. The S&P BSE Midcap index lost 207.27 points with a 1.78% decrease and reached an 11,466.07 level. While Nifty Bank lost 718.70 with a 3.55% decrease and reached 19,608.05 level.

Top Losers on April 24: Bharti Infratel, Bajaj Finance, Zee Entertainment, Bajaj Finserv, and IndusInd Bank are the top losers in the stock market.
