Top 10 most valued companies report almost Rs. 74,240 crores

Top 10: As per the reports, the market valuation of six of the top ten most valued companies increased by almost Rs. 74,240 crores during the last week’s stock market. In those stocks, Reliance Industries leading the top.

Besides, the top six companies out of the top 10 that lead the stock market last week are as follows: Reliance Industries, Tata Consultancy Services, HDFC Bank, Bharti Airtel, ITC, and ICICI Bank.

On the other side, Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), HDFC, and Kotak Mahindra Bank reported losses in the last week. The valuation of Reliance Industries increased by Rs. 50,556.75 crores and reached to Rs. 13,60,879.96 crores. While the valuation of ICICI Bank increased by Rs. 7,092.05 crores and reached to Rs. 2,31,751.90 crores. The valuation of HDFC Bank increased by Rs. 6,241.63 crores and reached to Rs. 5,74,119.37 crores.

Whereas the valuation of TCS increased by Rs. 4,690.48 crores and reached to Rs. 8,61,153.53 crores. The valuation of Bharti Airtel increased by Rs. 3,136.95 crores and reached to Rs. 3,05,838.55 crores. The valuation of ITC increased by Rs. 2,522.24 crores and reached to Rs. 2,41,182.98 crores.

However, the valuation of Infosys decreased by Rs. 6,601.91 crores and reached to Rs. 4,04,952.60 crores. The valuation of Kotak Mahindra Bank decreased by Rs. 5,016.44 crores and reached to Rs. 2,65,584.08 crores. The valuation of HUL decreased by Rs. 505.15 crores and reached to Rs. 5,19,426.78 crores.

Stock Market August 7th:

On Friday, both Sensex and Nifty continues its bullish trend in the stock market from the last three sessions. The Sensex is trading above 38,000 levels and Nifty is trading below 11,200 levels in the stock market. The Sensex gained 15.12 points with a 0.040% increase and reached a 38,040.57 level. While Nifty gained 13.90 points with a 0.12% increase and reached 11,214.05 level.

On the other side, the number of coronavirus cases in India reached 21,53,010 as of Sunday, August 9th, and deaths reached 43,379.

In the border market, the S&P BSE SmallCap reported a bullish trend in the stock market on Friday. It gained 106.46 points with a 0.78% increase and reached a 13,668.69 level. The S&P BSE MidCap gained 202.02 points with a 1.44% increase and reached a 14,218.87 level. While Nifty Bank gained 111.40 points with a 0.51% increase and reached 21,754.00 level.

Top Losers on August 7th: Titan Company, HCL Technologies, Infosys, M&M, and Sun Pharma are the top losers in today’s stock market.
