Tata Steel raises Rs 510 crore:
On April 22nd, the firm Tata Steel Ltd board has approved a private placement allocation of Rs 510 crore Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs).
‘The Managing Committee has now approved an allocation to private placement specified investors of 5,100 non-secured, repayable, rated and listed NCDs of Rs 10,00,000 each for cash total Rs 510 crore.’
In the wholesale debt segment of the BSE segment, the NCDs with an annual coupon rate of 7.85% to list.
Besides, Yesterday April 22nd the share of Tata Steel Limited traded with the bullish trend. It traded with a gain of 3.05 points reached 269.00 INR with 1.15% up in NSE. Whereas In BSE, it traded with a gain of 2.50 points reached 268.55 INR with 0.94% up.
