A Board of Management Meeting held on Wednesday, 20th May for Tata Steel BSL Limited to review and record the standalone and unaudited financial and performance of its audited financial statements and consolidated performance, for the quarter ending on 31st March.
For the financial year ended on 31st March, the Board will consider audit reports and results (Standalone & Consolidated).
The Company Securities Trading Window closed from Wednesday 25th March 2020 and will open for 48 hours after publication of financial results.
