Stocks in news June 8th: On Monday, both Sensex and Nifty continues its bullish trend in the stock market. The Sensex is trading above 34,700 levels, and Nifty is trading above 10,300 levels in the stock market. The Sensex gained 556.15 points with a 1.62% increase and reached a 34.843.39 level. While Nifty gained 184.60 points with a 1.82% increase and reached 10,326.75 level.

On the other side, the number of coronavirus cases in India reached 2,46,628 as of Monday, June 8th, and deaths reached 6,929.

Reliance Industries Limited: On Saturday, the company bagged its seventh investment on a row in the Jio Digital Platform. Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), one of the largest sovereign wealth fund to invest Rs 5,683.5 crores in the Jio Platform after Facebook, Silver Lake, Vista, etc.

However, Reliance Industries Ltd on Monday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. The company gained 36.70 points with a 2.32% increase and reached 1,618.40 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 43.40 points with a 2.75% increase and reached 1,624.00 INR. 

Indusind Bank Limited: On Monday, the promoters of the company decided to acquire additional stakes of the bank from the open market. Whereas, the promoters of the bank holds almost 15% stakes. Besides, the promoters will now decide to increase their stakes in the bank.

However, Indusind Bank Ltd on Monday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. The company gained 26.30 points with a 6.23% increase and reached 448.70 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 25.00 points with a 5.92% increase and reached 447.55 INR. 

L&T Limited: On Saturday, the company reported its Q4 results for the financial year 2020. The companies net profit stood at Rs 3,197 crores as against a profit of Rs 3,418.2 crores in the same quarter last year. While the companies revenue reported at Rs 44,245.3 crores as against Rs 43,303.04 crores. 

However, L&T Ltd on Monday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. The company gained 30.75 points with a 3.22% increase and reached 986.00 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 30.35 points with a 3.18% increase and reached 985.80 INR. 

PVR Limited: The shares of the company bought by Sylebra Capital Partners Master Fund for Rs 1,167.48 per each share with almost 5,99,986 equity shares.

However, PVR Ltd on Monday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. The company gained 43.15 points with a 3.28% increase and reached 1,282.95 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 42.75 points with a 3.44% increase and reached 1,286.65 INR. 

Pennar Industries Limited: The shares of the company sold by DSP Blackrock Mutual Fund for Rs 16.17 per each share with almost 7,53,027 equity shares.

However, Pennar Industries Ltd on Monday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. The company gained 1.45 points with an 8.76% increase and reached 18.00 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 1.63 points with a 9.96% increase and reached 18.00 INR. 

Alembic Limited: The shares of the company bought by Nirayu Private Limited for Rs 54 per each share with almost 39,26,391 equity shares.

However, Alembic Ltd on Monday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. The company gained 2.25 points with a 4.17% increase and reached 56.20 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 2.30 points with a 4.27% increase and reached 56.20 INR. 

Jaiprakash Associates Limited: On Monday, the shares of the company sold by Teacher Retirement System of Texas for Rs 1.45 per each share with almost 1,61,12,980 equity shares.

However, Jaiprakash Associates Ltd on Monday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. The company gained 0.050 points with a 3.45% increase and reached 1.50 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 0.070 points with a 4.70% increase and reached 1.56 INR. 

Bajaj Electricals Ltd: On Monday, the company received permissions from NCLT for Scheme of Arrangement between Bajaj Electricals and Hind Lamps.

Welspun Corp Limited: The company on Monday redeemed its commercial paper worth Rs 150 crores.

Greaves Cotton Ltd: On Saturday, the company reported its Q4 results for the financial year 2020. The companies net profit decreased to Rs 0.57 crores as against a profit of Rs 33.89 crores in the same quarter last year. While the companies revenue stood at Rs 386.2 crores as against Rs 540.50 crores. 

However, Greaves Cotton Limited on Monday reported a bearish trend in the stock market. The company lost 2.95 points with a 3.59% decrease and reached 79.15 INR. While in BSE, the company lost 3.00 points with a 3.65% decrease and reached 79.25 INR.

ABM Knowlegeware Limited: The company on Monday bagged an order worth Rs 27.61 crores from the Smart Kalyan Dombivali Corporation project.

However, ABM Knowledgeware Ltd on Monday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. The company gained 6.70 points with a 14.89% increase and reached 51.70 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 5.25 points with an 11.67% increase and reached 50.25 INR. 

Exide Industries Ltd: On Saturday, the company reported its Q4 results for the financial year 2020. The companies net profit stood at Rs 235.57 crores as against a profit of Rs 302.94 crores in the same quarter last year. While the companies revenue stood at Rs 3,474.68 crores as against Rs 4,251.53 crores YoY. 

However, Exide Industries Limited on Monday reported a bearish trend in the stock market. The company lost 11.15 points with a 6.44% decrease and reached 162.00 INR. While in BSE, the company lost 10.85 points with a 6.27% decrease and reached 162.15 INR.
