On 31st March 2020, Shree Cements announced its consolidated sales worth Rs. 3,415.14 cr. Comparatively, the company sales raised by 8.55% from its last quarter sales of Rs. 3,146.01 cr. Also, its sales raised by 2.13% from last year’s sales of Rs. 3,489.35 cr.

Furthermore, the net profit of Rs. 535.93 cr declined by 57.60% from the same quarter a year ago. By the ending in March 2020, the company promoters held 62.55% of its stake, FIIs held an 11.90% stake and DIIs held an 8.37% stake.

Presently, the company shares quoted with a price-to-earnings ratio in multiples of 51.32. Similarly, the company’s price-to-book value ratio of 5.95.

Stock Market July 15th: On Wednesday, both Sensex and Nifty seem to trade in a bullish trend in the stock market. The Sensex stood traded gain with 36,051.81 levels and Nifty stood traded gain with 10,618.20 levels. The Sensex raised 18.75 points with a 0.052% gain. Besides, Nifty has raised 10.85 points with a 0.10% gain.

On the other hand, the number of confirmed or coronavirus cases in India reached 9,39,192 as of July 15th, and deaths reached 24,327.

In the border market, the S&P BSE Midcap index reported a bearish trend in the stock market today. It declined 46.27 points with a 0.35% loss and reached a 13,230.33 level. The S&P BSE Smallcap index declined 6.24 points with a 0.049% loss and reached a 12,658.94 level. However, the Nifty Bank declined 51.45 points with a 0.24% loss and reached a 21,340.75 level.
