September 2nd Stock Market: On Wednesday, both Sensex and Nifty continues its bullish trend in the stock market from the last session. The Sensex is trading above 39,000 levels and the Nifty is trading above 11,400 levels in the stock market. The Sensex gained 185.23 points with a 0.48% increase and reached a 39,086.03 level. While Nifty gained 64.75 points with a 0.56% increase and reached 11,535.00 level.

On the other side, the number of coronavirus cases in India reached 37,69,523 as of Wednesday, September 2nd, and deaths reached 66,333.

In the border market, the S&P BSE SmallCap index reported a bullish trend in the stock market on Wednesday. It gained 239.06 points with a 1.66% increase and reached a 14,652.38 level. The S&P BSE Midcap index gained 187.16 points with a 1.26% increase and reached a 15,019.17 level. While Nifty Bank gained 63.05 with a 0.26% increase and reached a 23,875.05 level.
