RCF Q4 results: Net profit increased 3times to 142 crores for FY20
RCF Q4 results: It is one of the public sector undertakings (PSU) that works under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers located in Mumbai. Whereas, RCF is also known as Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers and also the fourth-largest fertilizer company after Coromandel International, NFL, Chambal, and GSFC.
Meanwhile, on Friday, May 29, the shares of the fertilizer company jumped almost 4% in the stock market after its Q4 results for the Financial Year 2020 ended on March 31st. The company reported its consolidated net profit increased by 3 times to Rs 142.38 crores. Whereas, the company also posted its consolidated net profit of Rs 47.16 crores in the same quarter last year.
On the other side, the total income of the company from operations increased to Rs 2,661.91 crores. While the company also posted its income of Rs 2,297.94 crores in the same quarter last year.
In the financial year 2019-20, the companies net profit stood at Rs 207.13 crores. While the company also posted its net profit of Rs 132.92 crores in the same quarter last fiscal year. Whereas, the total income of the company increased to Rs 9,826.6 crores in this quarter ended in March. The company also reported its revenue of Rs 8,967.46 crores in the same period last financial year.
On Friday, May 29, the shares of Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd reported a bullish trend in the stock market. The company gained 1.65 points with a 4.27% increase and reached 40.30 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 1.40 points with a 3.63% increase and reached 40.00 INR.
Stock Market on May 29:
On Friday, both Sensex and Nifty back to the bullish trend in the stock market after bearish reports in the early session. The Sensex is trading above 32,400 levels, and Nifty is trading above 9,500 levels in the stock market. The Sensex gained 223.51 points with a 0.69% increase and reached a 32,424.10 level. While Nifty gained 90.20 points with a 0.95% increase and reached 9,580.30 level.
On the other side, the number of coronavirus cases in India reached 1,73,763 as of Saturday, May 30, and deaths reached 4,971.
In the border market, the S&P BSE Smallcap index reported a bullish trend in the stock market on Friday. It gained 123.26 points with a 1.14% increase and reached a 10,892.60 level. The S&P BSE Midcap index gained 221.16 points with a 1.90% increase and reached an 11,843.22 level. While Nifty Bank gained 127.45 with a 0.66% increase and reached a 19,297.25 level.
