Emami Realty Q4 results: Net loss narrowed to Rs. 19.14 crores for FY20
Emami Realty Q4 results: It is one of the largest real estate company in India established in 2006. However, the company is one of the subsidiaries to “Emami Group“. The company provides services in construction that includes residential, commercial, and retail sectors.
Meanwhile, on Friday, July 3rd, the companies share surge almost 1% in the stock market. The main reason for this is due to the company reported its Q4 results for the financial year 2019-20. The company’s consolidated net loss increased to Rs. 19.14 crores in Q4FY20. While the company also posted its net loss of Rs. 1.52 crores in the same quarter last financial year 2018-19.
While the company’s total revenue increased to Rs. 154.41 crores in this quarter ended on March 31st. While the company also posted its total revenue of Rs. 84.40 crores in the same quarter last fiscal year.
In the financial year 2019-20, the company reported its net loss of Rs. 114.44 crores as against a profit of Rs. 49.00 crores in the same quarter last year. While the companies income for this quarter increased to Rs. 1,082.54 crores as against Rs. 196.67 crores in the same period last year.
On the other side, the company board members appointed Mr. Nitesh Kumar Gupta as a new Managing Director & CEO of the company. The board also appointed Mr. Rajesh Agarwal as a new Chief Financial Officer of the company.
However, Emami Realty Limited reported a bullish trend in the stock market on Friday, July 3rd. The company gained 0.30 points with a 0.77% increase and reached 39.20 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 0.65 points with a 1.68% increase and reached 39.45 INR.
Stock Market July 3rd:
On Friday, both Sensex and Nifty reported a bullish trend in the stock market from the last two sessions. The Sensex is trading above 36,000 levels and Nifty is trading above 10,600 levels in the stock market. The Sensex gained 177.72 points with a 0.50% increase and reached a 36,021.42 level. While Nifty gained 55.65 points with a 0.53% increase and reached 10,607.35 level.
On the other side, the number of coronavirus cases in India reached 6,25,544 as of Friday, July 3rd, and deaths reached 18,213.
In the border market, the S&P BSE Smallcap index reported a bullish trend in the stock market on Friday. It gained 59.57 points with a 0.47% increase and reached a 12,603.02 level. The S&P BSE Midcap index gained 73.66 points with a 0.56% increase and reached a 13,288.70 level. While Nifty Bank lost 100.80 with a 0.46% increase and reached a 21,852.40 level.
