BOI AXA Multi-Cap Fund NFO Period Started from June 10 to June 23, 2020:

BOI AXA Mutual Fund launched a new fund offer. The NFO is BOI AXA Multi-Cap Fund. It was an open-ended equity scheme investigation in large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap funds. The NFO subscription period started on 10th June and it will end on 23rd June 2020.

The BOI AXA Mutual Fund NFO offered the initial price of Rs 10 per unit in the subscription period. The benchmark of this NFO is the S&P BSE 500 Total Return Index

Entry Load and Exit Load:

There was nil entry load for this NFO. Similarly, the exit load, for redeemed or switched out within 30 days- 0.25% of the NAV applicable. For redeemed or switched out after 30 days- nil

BOI AXA Multi-Cap Fund Minimum investment amount:

As per the draft prospectus, the minimum amount of investment is Rs. 5,000 and in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter for growth option. Also, for the additional application with the minimum amount of Rs. 1,000 in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter. The Switch-in to the scheme minimum amount should be Rs. 1,000 in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter.

Similarly, the investment through SIP/STP the installment should be Rs. 1,000 per month in multiples of Rs. 100 thereafter. For the systematic investment plan have a minimum of 6 months time duration and investor will invest in any date in a month. Also, the STP scheme has 6 months duration, but the investors need to pay only in 7th, 10th, 15th, 20th, and 25th of the month.

Objects of the NFO:

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long term capital appreciation and by investing predominantly in equity and equity-related securities in different capitalization.
