New Delhi: To begin with, the shares of Bharti Infratel Limited gained in the trading session today. The share price of the company increased by 1.19% at Rs. 191.60 in the trade. Besides, the total traded volume on the counter turned over around Rs. 1.56 crores.

Significantly, the stock hit a high of Rs. 193.00 and a low of Rs. 190.10. Earlier, the closed at Rs. 189.35 in the previous session. 

Moreover, the shares of the bank traded at a price-to-earnings multiple of 11.38. So then, the price-to-book ratio stood at 2.62.

Also, as of June 2020, the promoters of the company held 53.51% of its stake. Likewise, the FIIs held a 40.61% stake and DIIs held a 2.56% stake.

On the other side, the company reported a consolidated net sales of Rs. 1,635.40 crores as of June 2020. Down by 2.78% from the previous quarter, which stood at Rs. 1,682.10 crores. Also, the net profit for the present quarter stood at Rs. 703.60 crores.

On August 4th, both the Sensex and the Nifty traded at a bullish trend in the stock market. The Sensex gained 271.75 points and reached 37,205.85 levels with a 0.72% profit. On the other side, the Nifty gained 80.25 points and reached 10,971.70 levels with a 0.74% profit.

In the border market, the S&P BSE Midcap index gained 74.59 points with a 0.46% profit and reached 13,780.40 levels. Also, the S&P BSE Smallcap index gained 102.00 points with a 0.75% profit and reached a 13,254.59 level. 

Besides, as of August 4th, the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases across India has reached 18,55,745. Also, the number of deaths in the country has reached 38,938.
