Union Bank of India Sold Rs 104 crore Worth Of Stake In NSE;

To begin with, on 28th Feb 2020, the Union Bank of India sold 0.21% of the National Stock Exchange Stake. The bank holded Rs 104 cr worth of stake, it has equaled to 10,21,250 eq shares in NSE. The share value is Rs 1,020 per eq share. 

Moreover, the Union Bank already mentioned in the regulatory filing about its agreement of sale of NSE shares. In that agreement, the bank pointed its sale of 0.206% of the National Stock Exchange stake. 

Union Bank of India shares trading with a loss of 3.40 points reached 37.00 INR with 8.42% down. Its previous close at 40.40 INR on the National Stock Exchange. Union Bank of India shares outstanding with 3,422,818,852.

Besides, the Sensex and Nifty trading with a bearish trend today (Feb 28th), The Sensex trading with a loss of 1,448.37 points reached 38,297.29 with 3.64% down. Whereas Nifty trading with a loss of 431.55 points reached 11,201.75 with 3.71% down.

In the border market, the S&P BSE Midcap trading with a loss of 472.17 points reached 14,600.02 level with 3.13% down. Whereas, S&P BSE SmallCap trading with a loss of 500.47 points reached 13,709.01 level with 3.71% down. At the same time, Nifty bank traded with a loss of 1,039.85 points reached 29,147.15 level with 3.44% down.
