Stocks to watch on March 2nd: On Tuesday, both Sensex and Nifty continue their bullish trend in the stock market from the last session of the market. The Sensex is trading above 50,300 levels and nifty trading above 14,800 levels in the stock market. The Sensex gained 471.01 points with a 0.94% increase and reached 50,320.85 levels. While the nifty gained 131.85 points with a 0.89% increase and reached 14,891.05 levels.

On the other side, the number of coronavirus cases in India on Tuesday, March 2nd reached 1,11,24,527 with almost 1,57,248 deaths.

BPCL Limited: On Monday, the company board decided and approved the sale of its entire stake in Naumaligarh Refinery for Rs. 9,875 crores to Oil India, Engineers India, and the Government of Assam.

However, the shares of BPCL Limited on Tuesday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. It gained 14.75 points with a 3.19% increase and reached 469.75 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 15.10 points with a 3.32% increase and reached 470.00 INR.

Shipping Corporation of India Limited: The company received multiple expressions of interest (EoI) for the acquisition of its entire stake and now the process will move to the second stage, said DIPAM Secretary.

However, the shares of Shipping Corporation of India Limited on Tuesday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. It gained 14.30 points with a 13.78% increase and reached 118.65 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 14.75 points with a 14.22% increase and reached 118.60 INR.

Hero Motocorp Limited: On Monday, the company reported its total sales for the month of February increased to 5.05 lakh units as against 4.98 lakh units in the same month last year.

However, the shares of Hero Motocorp Limited on Tuesday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. It gained 57.80 points with a 1.73% increase and reached 3,410.00 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 58.55 points with a 1.75% increase and reached 3,408.50 INR.

IRCTC Limited: The Ministry of Railways order to terminate all contracts of mobile catering of the company.

However, the shares of IRCTC Limited on Tuesday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. It gained 15.35 points with a 0.79% increase and reached 1,954.00 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 12.55 points with a 0.65% increase and reached 1,951.55 INR.

Eicher Motors Limited: On Monday, the company reported its total sales for the month of February increased to 69,659 units as against 68,877 units in the same month last year.

However, the shares of Eicher Motors Limited on Tuesday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. It gained 27.85 points with a 1.09% increase and reached 2,584.00 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 26.15 points with a 1.02% increase and reached 2,582.50 INR.

UPL Limited: The company signed a long-term agreement with FMC Corporation for Rynaxypyr active ingredient.

However, the shares of UPL Limited on Tuesday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. It gained 4.05 points with a 0.69% increase and reached 594.65 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 4.25 points with a 0.72% increase and reached 594.85 INR.

Cipla Limited: The company on Tuesday received USFDA approvals for Migraine drug Sumatriptan Nasal Spray 20 Mg.

However, the shares of Cipla Limited on Tuesday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. It gained 4.20 points with a 0.53% increase and reached 792.50 INR. While in BSE, the company gained 3.50 points with a 0.44% increase and reached 793.00 INR.

Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited: The bank decided to reduce interest rates on home loans by 10 basis points (bps) to 6.65%.

However, the shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited on Tuesday reported a bullish trend in the stock market. It gained 0.80 points with a 0.043% increase and reached 1,846.35 INR. While in BSE, the bank gained 0.45 points with a 0.025% increase and reached 1,845.75 INR.
