SBI Mutual Fund reports an average AUM of Rs. 5.04 lakhs crores
On Thursday, SBI Funds Management Pvt Limited stated that it would be the first MF house in India with its average AUM Rs. 5.04 lakhs crores. SBI Mutual Fund has reported Rs. 3.73 lakhs crores as the last financial year. At prevailing, the average AUM raised nearly 35% during the financial year 20-21.
At the same time, the market price of SBI MF shares has also increased from 13.82% to 15.71%.
According to the AMFI reports, the fund house had reported an asset base of Rs. 4.56 lakhs crores in the December quarter.
Further, the SIP book of the MF grows to Rs. 1,382 crores from Rs. 1,180 crores in the last year which increase by nearly 17%.
On the other hand, HDFC MF reported Rs. 4.15 lakhs crores during the period under review from Rs. 3.89 lakh crores in the December quarter. Besides, ICICI Prudential MF reported an average AUM of Rs. 4.05 lakhs crores in Jan-Mar quarter against Rs. 3.80 lakhs crores in the December quarter.
As of the reports, 43 mutual fund houses raised up to Rs. 32 lakhs crores at the end of the financial year March 2021 from Rs. 29.71 lakhs crores at December quarter-end.
