Quant Quantamental Fund Details

Quant Mutual Fund has launched Quant Quantamental Fund on 13th April 2021. This scheme may fit investors who look for capital appreciation over the long term. Owing to the scheme will make investments in an active portfolio of stocks screened, selected, weighed, and rebalanced on the basis of a predefined fundamental factor model.

As per the SID, the scheme will close for subscription on 19th April 2021. Moreover, it will be re-opened within five business days from the date of allotment. Further, it remains an open-ended equity scheme that invests based on a quant model theme.

Besides, Quant MF’s new NFO remains available under regular and direct plan along with growth and income of distribution cum Capital Withdrawal options.

Investment Objective:

The Quant Scheme aims to produce excellent returns as compared to the underlying benchmark over the medium to long term. It plans to achieve profitable returns by investing in equity and equity-related securities.

The portfolio of stocks will be selected, weighed, and rebalanced using stock screeners, factor-based scoring, and an optimization formula that aims to enhance portfolio exposures to factors representing ‘good investing principles’ such as growth, value, and quality within risk constraints.

Further, the Nifty 500 TRI will plan as a benchmark for the scheme.

Besides, under the load structure, the scheme does not offer any entry load. But, investors should pay a minimum of 1% for redemption or switch-outs within 1 year from the date of allotment of units.
