PGIM India Mutual Fund is the global investment management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. The fund house offers equity funds, debt, hybrid, international FoF, and investment solutions to the investors. It has launched a new fund offer in January 2021. The name of the scheme is PGIM India Balanced Advantage Fund.

The scheme opened for subscription on 15th January 2021 and will close on 29th January 2021. It is an open-ended dynamic asset allocation fund.

The NFO is suitable for investors who are seeking capital appreciation over a long period of time. It is under the Hybrid – Dynamic Asset Allocation category.

The objective of the scheme:

The investment objective of the scheme is to provide capital appreciation and income distribution to the investors by dynamically managing the asset allocation equity and fixed income using equity derivatives strategies, arbitrage opportunities, and pure equity investments. The Scheme seeks to reduce the volatility by diversifying the assets across equity and fixed income.

Minimum Amount of Investment:

Initial Purchase – Minimum of Rs. 5,000/- and in multiples of Re.1/- thereafter. Additional Purchase – Minimum of Rs. 1,000/- and in multiples of Re.1/- thereafter.

Systematic Investment Plan (SIP):

Minimum 5 installments of Rs. 1,000/- each and in multiples of Rs. 1/- thereafter for Monthly and Quarterly SIP. Minimum SIP Top-up amount for Monthly and Quarterly SIP is Rs. 100/- and in multiples of Re. 1/-
