Motilal Oswal AMC is a public limited firm in India. It controls schemes of Motilal MF. The AMC has also controlled the activity of Portfolio Management Services. The AMC has also handled other business ventures including the nature of management and consulting services to foreign funds, financial consultancy, and exchange of research on a business basis, etc. The MF has launched Motilal Oswal Asset Allocation Passive Fund of Fund in a Conservative way.
Besides, it is an open-ended FoF. The scheme has opened for subscription on 19th February 2021 and will close on March 5th, 2021. Nevertheless, the scheme will re-open for continuous sale or repurchase of units within 5 days of the date of allotment.
Further, the FoF offer remains suitable for investors who seek to generate long-term growth or capital appreciation by offering asset allocation. Offer for the face value of Rs. 10/- per unit for cash during the New Fund Offer Period and at Continuous offer for units at Net Asset Value-based prices.

Furthermore, the Motilal Conservative FoF scheme is available in two plans namely Regular and Direct along with growth and dividend options.
The main purpose of the plan remains to yield long-term growth or capital appreciation by contributing asset allocation financing resolutions that mainly invest in passive funds.
