Franklin unitholders to receive tranche-III of Rs. 24,88.75 crores
Franklin Templeton‘s six schemes investors under the winding-up process will get their tranche-III of Rs. 2,488.75 crores. According to the source, the State Bank of India has will give distributing money to Franklin unitholders across all six schemes.
Further, the Franklin Mutual Fund house has already paid nearly Rs. 12,084 crores across these six schemes. However, with this amount, the fund house has distributed around Rs. 14,573 crores under the winding up of the total assets of Rs. 26,000.
According to the records, Franklin India Ultra Short Term fund shareholders will receive Rs. 772 crores, while Low Duration scheme holders will get Rs. 289.75 crores. On the other hand, Franklin India Short-term Income Fund, Income opportunities schemes, and Credit risk fund investors may get Rs. 390.75 crores, Rs. 337.25 crores, and Rs. 199.75 crores, respectively.
