Dabur India Q4 results: Net profit decreased by 14% to Rs 319 crore
Dabur India Q4 results: It is one of the consumer goods company in India located in Ghaziabad. However, the company also manufactures Ayurvedic medicine and natural consumer products.
Meanwhile, on Wednesday, May 27, the company reported its Q4 results for the Financial Year 2020 ended on March 31st. The company’s consolidated net profit decreased by 14.24% to Rs 319.24 crores in this quarter ended in March. The company also posted its standalone net profit of Rs 372.26 crores in the same quarter last financial year. But, the analyst expected the net profit of the company at Rs 391 crores for Q4FY20.
Besides, the company’s total revenue from operations decreased to Rs 1,865.36 crores YoY. The company also posted its revenue of Rs 2,128.19 crores in the same quarter last year. On the other side, the board members decided and approved its final interim dividend of Rs 1.60 per equity share for the year ended March 31st.
On Wednesday, May 27, the shares of Dabur India Ltd reported a bearish trend in the stock market. The company lost 2.10 points with a 0.48% decrease and reached 431.00 INR. While in BSE, the company lost 4.50 points with a 1.04% decrease and reached 428.75 INR.

On Wednesday, both Sensex and Nifty reported a bullish trend in the stock market on Monday after the bearish trend in the last two sessions. The Sensex is trading above 31,600 levels, and Nifty is trading above 9,300 levels in the stock market. The Sensex gained 995.92 points with a 3.25% increase and reached a 31,605.22 level. While Nifty gained 285.90 points with a 3.17% increase and reached 9,314.95 level.
On the other side, the number of coronavirus cases in India reached 1,51,767 as of Wednesday, May 27, and deaths reached 4,337.
In the border market, the S&P BSE Smallcap index reported a bullish trend in the stock market on Wednesday. It gained 28.59 points with a 0.27% increase and reached a 10,619.01 level. The S&P BSE Midcap index gained 61.25 points with a 0.54% increase and reached an 11,467.83 level. While Nifty Bank gained 1,270.20 with a 7.28% increase and reached an 18,710.55 level.
