Today, the Tata Steel Limited ‘s Committee of Managers approved the allocations of Rs. 10,00,000/- for cash worth Rs. 400 crore to private placements, on the terms and conditions referred to in the Information Memorandum for the said investment, for an allocation of 4,000-8,08 percent p. an Unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable, floating coupon and non-convertible debenture.
NCDs proposed included in the BSE Limited segment of the Wholesale Debt Market (WDM). In 11199 trades, 992819 shares traded during the day.
The stock reached an intraday high of Rs 323.2 and an intraday low of Rs 314.7. The day’s net sales Rs 317082786.
